ATCS provided professional site/civil engineering and surveying services for the development of a nine-acre parcel located in the Greenbrier North Commerce Park in Chesapeake.
We provided conceptual site layout for 6 – 12,000 sq.ft. and 2 – 10,000 sq.ft. buildings to provide a total of 92,000 sq. ft. of industrial space for various potential uses. Existing City infrastructure needed to be relocated, requiring input from Chesapeake Utility Departments.
Additionally, ATCS prepared a topographic survey of the parcel and off-site areas to create a base map used for the design along with development plans for construction. ATCS is also providing phased building stakeout services for the contractor during construction.
