Brief Description of Services Provided: Support before, during and after the Field Leadership Training Workshop to ensure a well planned and executed event.

ATCS covers the full spectrum of event planning, execution, and after-action requirements. Our team provides the tools, templates, facilitation expertise, and adaptable approach to deliver a high-quality customer experience.

Our extensive experience includes successfully supporting nine FEMA Field Leadership Directorate events, efficiently executing field leader events across different states and within compressed timeframes. We excel in navigating the complexities of different event formats—be it in-person, virtual, or hybrid—ensuring consistent and successful outcomes.
