ATCS encourages employees to maintain a productive, ongoing dialogue with their supervisors and their colleagues. Our goal is to develop consistent and effective communication to work collaboratively and efficiently while achieving our goals together.
Training + Professional Development
We know the importance of a talented and engaged workforce. At ATCS’ discretion, we will reimburse or pay expenses associated with relevant training, licenses, certifications, annual fees, conferences, or seminars. We also offer tuition reimbursement of up to $5,250 annually.
Early Career Coaching Program
Our Early Career Coaching Program (ECCP) is a collaborative process designed to maximize our early career employees’ potential and abilities through various learned experiences. Participants interested in the program and meet various qualifications are partnered with ATCS leaders that will support their career exploration, helping them identify personal goals and opportunities for growth.
ECCP participants can expect to:

Women LEAD Program
ATCS is committed to advancing women in the AEC Industry. The Women Lead program was developed to support the women of ATCS through learning, exploration, advancement, and development to enable them to carry out and lead change effectively.
ATCS Management Essentials Academy
ATCS knows our employees deserve effective leaders. Our managerial staff must be properly prepared to transition into a leadership role to support and engage our employees effectively. The Management Essentials Academy coursework equips our current and future leaders with the tools and knowledge needed to excel with project management, decision making, talent management, and more.
Interns + Recent Graduates
ATCS is thrilled to work with dynamic, talented students and recent graduates ready to start their careers. The organization focuses on several campus relations initiatives and is engaged with key universities to identify and connect with early-career talent. The ATCS Internship Program is valuable, integral to our organization, and a staple of ATCS. We aim to provide interns with real-world and diverse experiences that will help ignite their professional passions and prepare them to enter the workforce.
ATCS Interns can expect:
- Stimulating group projects promoting teamwork and collaboration
- Social events to relax, have fun, and build relations with peers
- Presentations highlighting ATCS projects, services offered, and business works
- Workshops highlighting student areas of focus, including interviewing, networking, and resume writing
- Interaction with ATCS co-owners and leadership
To provide students and recent graduates with the best possible experience, the organization has also developed the ATCS Campus Champions Program. Campus Champions are a collaborative group of ATCS employees directly involved in our university talent efforts, including career fairs, technical sessions, workshops, the Intern Program, and more. Champions love connecting with and supporting students and representing the ATCS brand on campus.
