Client: City of Lynchburg, VA
As a prime contract holder with the City of Lynchburg, ATCS is providing environmental services to include preparation, guidance, and oversight for environmental studies and NEPA documentation on multiple projects. Our environmental team has conducted environmental assessments, mapping, wetland delineation/determination, and associated topographic surveys to support the City’s efforts to realign existing US 221 (Lakeside Drive) off the historic dam and bridge at College Lake to allow for mitigation and remediation of this structure to come into compliance with current DEQ dam standards. ATCS continues to support the City through the design-build procurement.
