ATCS provided full survey services for the 800+ lot senior living subdivision in Stafford County, Va. Services included:

Layout of infrastructure multiple contractors for the infrastructure construction of Prepared record plat and easement plats for each section of the project

  • Provided topo of approximately 100 acres in a week for earth take-offs
  • A senior party chief to coordinate the daily activities of the crews with the priorities of the contractors and to expedite the resolution of all construction issues as they arose
  • Performed all layout computations and created cutsheets maintaining a one-day turnaround time throughout the process
  • Responded to contractor needs “same day”
  • Performed layout of the Pulte Sales Center and the Recreation Center buildings
  • Column lines, and centerline of piers layout
  • Layout of amenities to include polls, golfing greens, bocce courts, outdoor grilling area, outdoor theatre, and other facilities
  • Layout and coordination of two entrance features, consisting of rockscapes and waterfalls,
  • Performed as-built surveys of the entire project and submitted the as-built plans to Stafford County for approval
