Bartow Keller Graduates from the 2024 ACEC-SC Future Leaders Program
GREENVILLE, S.C. – Bartow Keller, construction engineer at ATCS, recently completed the American Council of Engineering Companies of South Carolina (ACEC-SC) Future Leaders Program, celebrated with a graduation ceremony on June 5, 2024, at the SC Engineering Conference & Trade Show in Greenville, South Carolina.
Designed for the engineering industry’s promising young professionals, the Future Leaders Program rigorously cultivates leadership skills and industry acumen. Throughout the program, Keller participated in nine sessions that covered essential topics such as business development, financial management, and strategic industry insights. Prominent leaders within and outside the industry facilitated these interactive sessions, providing a comprehensive and robust learning experience. Additionally, Future Leaders met with assigned industry mentors to discuss specific professional development topics, further enriching their growth.
The program also featured a community service project. Keller and his peers hosted activity tables at the University of South Carolina during an E-Week Open House, engaging with kindergarten through eighth-grade students to spark their interest in engineering.
One of the program’s most beneficial aspects for Keller was the opportunity to build relationships and network with peers in the industry.
Reflecting on his experience, Keller shared, “The ACEC-SC Future Leaders Program was an invaluable experience. The knowledge of the industry and the relationships I gained from the program will stick with me as I progress throughout my career.”
“We greatly appreciate Bartow’s commitment to the Future Leaders Program while balancing work obligations,” said Walter Fedrowitz, director of Program Management & Project Controls and Keller’s supervisor at ATCS. “At the graduation ceremony, I observed Bartow interacting with his peers and others in the industry. This program helped accelerate Bartow’s professional growth and better positioned him to serve our projects and clients across South Carolina.”
Keller’s graduation underscores ATCS’ commitment to nurturing its team members and bolstering their ability to serve the community and the industry effectively.
