This project involved the construction of a regional park, approximately 257 acres with 17 athletic fields with lighting, over 75 acres of passive recreational space, a nature center building, a lodge building, a park office building, maintenance facilities, picnic shelters, renovation of a historical building (Hanson House), and other amenities.
ATCS led the independent cost estimating effort for the Hal and Berni Hanson Park for the County and resulted within 2.5% of the winning bid. Our team developed the conceptual contract time determination schedule for the project based on 75% drawings by calculating quantities and production rates for various items on the project. ATCS also developed a conceptual schedule and contract time determination report for the project.
