Client: Loudoun County Department of Transportation and Capital Infrastructure
The project is a rehabilitation and addition to the existing community center. The project includes the addition of a gymnasium and fitness room as well as rehabilitation of the existing building with the addition of a geothermal well system. Exterior improvements include the addition of a bioretention pond with retaining wall and reconstruction of the existing parking lot.
ATCS’ staff members maintain all project documentation, perform schedule analysis keeping the project on time and on budget, and perform value-added QC, special inspection, and material testing services on a daily basis. ATCS has also been involved with change order reviews, time extension request reviews, and claims reviews protecting the client’s interests and providing major cost and savings by resolving critical issues on the project.
