Brian Riffel, PE Promoted to Senior Vice President, North Region Manager
We are excited to have Brian lead the growth of ATCS’ Northern Operations. Through his new responsibilities, Brian will strengthen existing offices and expand our northern geographic footprint aligned with the firm’s strategic plan. Brian brings 26 years of operations/project management grown from hands-on roadway/transit infrastructure design work.
A collaborative, out-of-the box leader passionate about continuous team development, his leadership will enable our clients, employees, company, and communities to flourish.
Brian joined ATCS in 2019 as Vice President, Corporate Design Discipline Lead and Operations Manager in our Baltimore office. In that role he increased collaboration among all levels of both technical and professional staff. He also created a culture of high-quality deliverables for our clients and embraces workshare to retain and develop staff.
Brian is an alum of the University of New York at Buffalo.
