Gregory Sleasman Joins ATCS as Construction Services Manager for Western Pennsylvania
HARRISBURG, Pa. – Gregory Sleasman, CCM, joins ATCS as Construction Services Manager for Western Pennsylvania, bringing over 30 years of experience working in construction. In this role, he will be focus on expanding our construction services discipline in Western Pennsylvania, with clients including western PennDOT engineering Districts, the PA Turnpike Commission, local municipalities, and the City of Pittsburgh.
Sleasman joins ATCS with comprehensive construction inspection and management experience, having served in significant roles directing and supervising PennDOT and local agency projects. His expertise spans bridge replacements, roadway upgrades, and complex infrastructure projects, where he consistently excelled in leadership, quality assurance, and fostering client relationships.
“Greg’s extensive experience in construction, inspection, and management and his strategic insights will greatly enhance our capacity to support clients,” said Ken Utsick, construction services director at ATCS. “His leadership will be pivotal as we expand our offerings to include construction inspection services in Western Pennsylvania.”
Prior to joining ATCS, Sleasman was personally invited by the National Institute for Certification in Engineering Technologies (NICET) to help restructure their testing process and procedures. He holds a CCM certificate in construction, a PennDOT Concrete Technician Certification, NECEPT Field Technician Certification, and NICET Level III Certification.
