Brennan Collier elected on VTCA’ Engineering Consultant Leadership Committee (ECLC)

Please join us in congratulating Brennan Collier, Vice President and South Regional Manager, for her election to VTCA’s ECLC. Brennan Will Start her three year term in July 2017.

Ms. Collier brings 20 years of environmental compliance experience in the transportation industry, holding previous roles with state and federal governments and consulting in Northern Virginia.

Ms. Collier is a Certified Instructor for FHWA’s National Highway Institute and has taught the ‘NEPA and the Transportation Decision-Making Process’ course across the country for the past 10 years, training nearly 700 transportation professionals on environmental compliance issues.

Ms. Collier holds a Bachelor of Arts in Geology and a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies – “Environmental Science from George Mason University”
