ATCS is pleased to welcome Mark Roeder as Senior ITS Field Manager. He joins ATCS with a wealth of experience managing multiple Integrated Technology Systems contracts for state DOTs and municipalities.
“Mark brings unique skills in the installation and maintenance of transportation technology systems. His extensive experience in program and project management on integrated technology systems will help grow ATCS’ transportation and construction service practices,” said Warren Hughes, Vice President, Director of Transportation Technology and Innovation. “We will be able to offer our clients a broader array of services and in-depth insights based on expertise gained in the field. Our greatly enhanced qualifications in this area will help ATCS penetrate emerging markets related to ITS, tolling, and advanced traffic management systems.”
In Mark’s most recent position with Lumin8 Technologies Services, he led a team of 35 technicians, managers and administrative personnel and the oversight of installation and maintenance of transportation technology systems valuing $16M annually.
Mark also served 10 years as an Electronics Technician E-6 with the US Navy where his leadership and expertise ranked him in the top 5% among his peers. He received his bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity and MBA from University of Maryland.
