Congratulations to Victoria Ballestero, PE, MBA, for being recognized as a 2023 ENR MidAtlantic Top Young Professional. This award honors outstanding construction and design professionals under the age of 40 who give back to their industry and communities.
In her role as Vice President and Operations Manager at ATCS, Ms. Ballestero launched the firm’s Prince George’s County office and leads a team of professional engineers, planners, and land surveyors in delivering innovative site civil engineering solutions for private-sector clients in the residential, commercial, mixed-use, institutional, and industrial markets. Besides managing the growth of our branch office, she is responsible for technical design leadership and project management. Ms. Ballestero is a corporate champion for continuing education, professional development, women’s leadership, and diversity and inclusion programs, as well as a mentor to junior staff across the organization. In addition to her work with ATCS, Ms. Ballestero serves as a leader and volunteer for numerous professional and charitable organizations.
