Eric Mongelli announced as Associate Vice President, Herndon Assistant Operations Manager
ATCS is excited to announce that Eric Mongelli, PE will now serve as the Associate Vice President, Herndon Assistant Operations Manager. In his new role, Eric will work closely with the entire Herndon Operations team assisting and supporting all services and disciplines.
Eric will assist and support technical duties/assignments, operational functions, project and program management, and marketing and business development efforts throughout the region to implement our strategic growth plan.

Eric brings 27 years of experience successfully completing complex and innovative projects and tasks. He has demonstrated expertise leading transportation projects in all aspects of planning, design, engineering and construction administration. Eric’s project experience includes master planning, developing design guidance, neighborhood and corridor transportation studies, NEPA document development, highway and interchange design, street reconstruction design, trail design, and multimodal facility design.
Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in Urban Planning and Cartography from Frostburg State University.
