ATCS provided Construction Inspection Services for early site preparation, site, civil, and drainage improvements, deep foundation excavation, concrete construction, and the pedestrian bridge for this $14.5 million ASCE Maryland 2014 Award-winning project. This involved the construction of two high-level station platforms, two stair and elevator towers, a pedestrian bridge over the existing Amtrak tracks, associated utilities, and miscellaneous civil/site work, including parking lot paving, drainage, stormwater management, signing, pavement marking, and landscaping.
