ATCS has been a valued partner providing services for Phase I and II of the Dulles Corridor Metrorail Project. ATCS is managing the Transportation Management Plan and prepared a cash flow model forecasting funding needs and sources. Throughout the project, ATCS is providing oversight of design-build activities performed under permit to Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority (MWAA) as related to VDOT facilities, coordinating with MWAA and the design-builder, project management of the approved annual budget, stakeholders meetings, project design reviews during each phase of design and issued for permit designs, review of IFC drawings, and construction engineering, management, and inspection for all VDOT facilities along the project alignment.
