Grand Opening of the Dulles South Recreation and Community Center, Phase II.

ATCS joined the Loudoun County Board of Supervisors and Departments of Parks, Recreation and Community Services, and Transportation and Capital Infrastructure to celebrate the grand opening of the Dulles South Recreation and Community Center in South Riding this past Friday, May 4th, 2018.

This multi-purpose facility consists of an approximately 68,000SF Aquatic Center and 13,300SF mezzanine/mechanical platform. The Center includes a competition pool and diving area with stadium seating, a leisure pool with lazy river, a rock climbing wall, an elevated jogging track, multi-purpose gym facilities, and meeting and party rooms.

ATCS assisted Loudoun County by providing third party inspection services, that included Daily Inspection Reports, project photos and material testing reports. Additionally, ATCS provided the following services: monitoring and inspecting all on-site construction activities, clearing and grading, structural fill, installation and backing operations on underground utilities, aggregate subbase and asphalt pavement in new parking areas, foundations, reinforcing steel and cast-in-place concrete including sidewalks.
