ATCS is pleased to announce the promotion of Ken Connors to Vice President, Construction Services Practice Horizontal Infrastructure.
In his new role, Ken will be responsible for the corporate Construction Services Practice Horizontal Infrastructure for the company. He will continue to focus on strategic growth of the Construction Services Practice in all the areas ATCS currently serves and beyond. Ken will work closely with all the Operations Managers to implement processes and procedures that will maximize efficiency and productivity throughout the company. He will also be involved in the strategic planning and teaming opportunities for construction services pursuits for the company.

Ken joined ATCS in January of 2020 with 22 years of experience in Transportation Engineering. Before joining ATCS, Ken spent more than 15 years with VDOT and 5 years with the California Department of Transportation. During his tenure with ATCS, Ken has served in several roles including Director of Program Management and Director, Construction Services Virginia. Ken’s leadership and expertise have been instrumental in growing ATCS’ Construction Services Practice.
